COMMUNICATION FROM BRITISH GAS BUSINESS
We have identified a small number of non domestic meter exchange (ONJOB) and update (ONUPD) files, sent to xoserve between 07/10/09 and 08/10/09
included some corrupted data. Some large and small supply points have been affected.
We have initiated action to correct any inaccurate data that has been subsequently stored on xoserve systems.
However until all data is successfully corrected a small number of affected sites that change supplier may contain incorrect metering data that may
affect the AQ calculation.
All Meter Points will be included in the 2010 AQ review process as normal and will be subjected to any reduction derived from the new WAALP formula.
We are working together with xoserve to ensure that wherever possible any erroneous AQ calculations will be investigated.
