Phase 1 User Trials

In order to support the delivery of Phase 1, a User Trials period is planned for the period 6th April to 16th April 2010. This is being provided as an opportunity for external users to familiarise themselves with the NTS Exit Reform System. The three key purposes for the User Trials period are:

1. To allow Users to undertake business process activities introduced by Modification 0195AV and delivered in the new NTS Exit Reform system to replace the 2009 interim process. By doing this it will allow users to gain a greater understanding of the steps required to undertake the activities to manage their capacity profiles, as well as gaining a familiarity of the NTS Exit Reform system solution.

2. Users will be able to use this trial period to highlight any potential faults found prior to the system implementation.

3. xoserve will have further assurance that external connection to the solution works as expected and previously tested.
