The following documents can be used to propose changes to the Conditions
or the Service Schedules for the Provision of Non-Code User Pays Services.
Changes to the Services can either be amendments to current Services or the
proposal of a new Service.
Changes to Code User Pays services whether new or amendments to existing services
can be made through the existing UNC mod process.
