Customer Lifecycle - User Change & Amendment

During a User’s company lifetime as an active User in the gas market, certain integral details may change which need to be recorded and communicated in order to maintain an effective business relationship and the integrity of the Transporter’s Systems.

A request from a User for a change or amendment must come to the xoserve Customer Life Cycle Team via email with the applicable completed form attached. We will then analyse the impact of the change and liaise with all Transporters and/or relevant parties to execute the change in accordance with Uniform Network Code (if applicable).

Changes that a User would need to notify xoserve (in advance of the effective date where possible) of can include:

  • Company name, address change or key personnel changes
  • Set-Up of a new Supplier
  • Changes to IXN equipment, such as an internal/external re-locations/additional kit installation
  • System access registration – to add/change roles/Users in Gemini, access to other applications
  • User Agent Appointment
  • VAT De-registration
