Customer Lifecycle - Voluntary Discontinuance

Voluntary Discontinuance is the controlled process that Users must go through after they have decided to leave the gas market. A User cannot cease to be a User until they have completely satisfied all their obligations under Uniform Network Code and any Ancillary Agreements.

xoserve Customer Lifecycle facilitate this process on behalf of the affected Transporters. We recommend that a User intending to cease notifies xoserve as soon as possible and attends a User Voluntary Discontinuance meeting if it is felt this would be beneficial to the User to fully understand the obligations and procedure.
