Corporate Responsibility

xoserve aims to operate in a responsible manner. We seek to have a positive impact on people’s lives by investing in the local community in which we work. Although we are office based, through our Green Team, we look at how we can reduce our impact on the environment and help play our part in tackling international issues such as global warming. We also believe that our employees are our most important resource, and we ensure that they have the necessary skills, knowledge, equipment and a safe working environment in which to deliver a first class service to our customers.

I’m very pleased to announce that our first Corporate Responsibility Report (CSR) covering 2008/9 is now available online (see the link below).

The report sets out the key Corporate Responsibility activities carried out by xoserve in 2008/9. It features many of our charity fund raising events, the different ways we volunteer in the community, how we are helping to improve our local environment and our approach to Inclusion and Diversity. The report shows the significant amount of work we do in this area.
